Tuesday. 7th [December 1875]. Woke with a headache & stayed in bed. Got better later & got on the sofa. Mariquilla (now Condesa de Urbasa) & Emilia Riaño came to see me & we had a long talk about the conduct of the Spanish ladies towards me. In the eveng Henry went to the Bauers. | |
