14 November 1876 — Madrid | |
Tuesday. 14th November [1876]. Sat in drawing room with the Hays & sang & played the piano—worked—did not go out as it was very windy & showery. M. Aylton called. Hatzfeldt, Adee & Cohen came in to tea. We dined at 7 & at 8 the Hays left for Seville—en route for Tangiers. Played backgammon in eveng. | |
