Friday. 22nd December [1876]. Esquivel came to correct my painting. I painted all day. Mr Dawson came up to consult about the green decorations for chapel. Mme Bertran de Lis called with Miss Green & her fiancé Mr Roll to tell me the wedding is to be on Tuesday & to invite me to it. Ittersum came to tea & sat chatting till nearly dinner time. | |
