16 January 1877 — Madrid | |
Tuesday. 16th [January 1877]. Better again & was up by 11.30. I went out fetched Emilia & took a turn in the Fuente—went in to see Mariquilla whom we found looking very well. We walked back to the “Mint” & there got into the carriage again as I felt very tired. Left Emilia at her house & came home– Had a headache & had to go to bed soon after dinner. | |
