17 May 1877 — Therapia | |
Thursday. 17th [May 1877]. Weather bad & showery. Henry has a swelled eye from the cold he caught on Tuesday sitting in a draught while with the Sultan. I practised & wrote letters. Took a turn in the afternoon but were driven in by rain. Mr Forster came to sleep & dine. Mr Jocelyn, Smijth & Ashburnham dined. | |
