15 June 1878 — Therapia | |
Saturday. 15th June [1878]. Was called down to Mrs Joubert who was ill with violent colic. Gave her chlorodyne & left her better. Went up to look after the farm yard. Sat in the tennis ground while Henry played & at 6 went out with him in the 3 oared caique to Yeni Keui to pay visits. We found Mme Lebet in & sat with her a little & then got home just in time for dinner. Mr Ash: Ld George & Mr Cart: dined with us & Mr Gribble who came to stop till tomorrow. | |
