14 July 1878 — Therapia | |
Sunday. 14th [July 1878]. No service. The dentist kept me all the morng. Henry went to Yildiz after breakfast but came back abt 5 unsuccessful in what he wanted of the Sultan. We went to call on the Fourniers. She was out & he was walking on the quay. Took a turn. Saw the tug “Sarah Smart” waiting to take Gallenga to Cyprus. The Genl, Ct Pisani, Mr Ken: Cart: & Sandison dined. | |
