30 October 1878 — Therapia | |
Wednesday. 30th October [1878]. Painted out of doors. After lunch had a visit from Mme Caratheodory & a married sister. They came up by steamer. I went to Buyukdéré to pay a visit in the caique & then offered them the caique to return home in. Henry, May & the Secs played tennis. I went up to see the cows milked. We dined quite alone with only May. In the eveng she & I practised songs. | |
