21 March 1879 — 24 Onslow Gardens | |
Friday. 21st [March 1879]. I went to be photod in the morng & got Blanche to go with me & then went to Langham House to luncheon. We shifted our quarters from Onslow Gardens & went to stay at Hamilton House. Capt. Stopford came to call. Blanche & I drove together & we went & took tea with Connie & met Alfred Tennyson who was very nice & cheery & pleasant. | |
