14 February 1882 — 3 Savile Row
Tuesday. 14th February [1882]. Mrs Burr came to see me & sat talking a long time as I still kept my bed– Hill went out & got the stuff for my train. She found a pretty dark blue damask which went very well with my pearl grey satin. After lunch Maria came & I sent her out in our carriage & she took Mama with her– Blanche came to sit with me in the afternoon & stayed to tea. Alice Du Cane & Ethel Ponsonby, Edward P., Maria & Mama were all here at once & had tea in Henry’s sitting room. Henry went out to dine with the Misses Duff Gordon
