26 June 1882 — Syltebo, Romsdalsfjord | |
Monday. 26th June [1882]. Breakfast at 9.30. Worked sewing machine & made 11 kitchen cloths. Did not feel very well. Lay on the dining room sofa & slept till dinner. After dinner I lay on the drawing room sofa. It had been very hot all day & at evening grew cool & nice. Monty & Lord Rowton went for a long walk up the hills. Henry went a little way with them & returned early. Bertie stayed & gardened. I went to bed at abt 8 & had some beef tea. | |
