4 October 1882 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Wednesday. 4th October [1882]. The Gregorys went off by the early train before we were up. The weather changed & it rained nearly all day. I did not go out. Dr Richetti called. I gave Mildred a music lesson & a German lesson– After lunch Henry gave me an hour’s sitting & then he went out taking Alice & Mildred– I went on at my modelling & then read– At tea time we all worked– At 6 I had mud bath– Sat in the studio after dinner– Cribbage– | |
