30 November 1882 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Thursday. 30th November [1882]. Maria & I spent another morning over the portierè on the studio floor—& did not move till lunch. After lunch Henry took Maria out & I returned to the studio floor & sewed & tacked on flowers till tea time. After tea Maria & I wrote letters in the studio till dinner. Played harmonium & cribbage in evening. | |
