Wednesday. 19th November [1884]. Maria, Henry & I left Paris by the tidal [train] at 9.40. Had an excellent passage—a capital saloon carriage from Folkestone to London where we arrived at 5.45. Maria went home—we went to Savile Row. Dined at 7.30. | |
