30 April 1885 — 1 Queen Anne Street | |
Thursday. 30th April [1885]. Alice Du Cane came in the morng & she & I walked out together, shopped & then I took her to her home & paid Maria a visit. As Henry had gone to lunch at the city I went to lunch with Mama. At 3 I went driving & at 5 I went to the Murray’s & had tea with Annie after wh being very tired I was glad to get home. The De Gexs called. We dined with the Misses Duff Gordon & there met the Poynters & others. | |
