Friday. 8th May [1885]. I was too tired to go to the Brera to finish my sketch. I only went for a few minutes into the gardens to get green for the birds. Henry went out with Morelli. At 1 we went off by train for Venice & got there abt 7.30. Dined & went early to bed. | |
