26 August 1885 — Interlaken | |
Wednesday. 26th August [1885]. Left Interlaken by 10 ocl train & went to Geneva to Hotel National—a fine new hotel outside the town on the lake. We got there at 6.30 & dined as soon as we could. We had lunched at the station at Berne in a tremendous crowd. View of Mount Blanc splendid. | |
