2 October 1885 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Friday. 2nd October [1885]. Painted but had to give up making my copy on account of the badness of my paper. Mr Robinson came to luncheon with his son but directly after I had to go up to my room as I had a bad headache & there I lay all the afternoon reading & dosing. I got up for dinner but did not go out in the evening. Henry went to the Piazza to meet the Princesses. | |
