Wednesday. 6th [January 1886]. Henry better & up as usual. Lord Howth left for Sherborne about 11. He is staying at the Digby for the hunting season. It was so dark & snowy that I could not see much to paint. There was no going out. Henry told stories to Goodie in our room after tea– Whist in eveng. | |
