26 January 1886 — Knebworth House, nr. Stevenage, Hertfordshire | |
Tuesday. 26th January [1886]. Thaw continues. We left by 4.15 train & returned to London. Miss Maxwell came to luncheon & I took her driving with me & I went to see Mrs Burr & she went on to her affairs. I went on & left cards & got home to tea. Henry & I dined at 22 Mansfield St with the Hambros. | |
