Saturday. 3rd April [1886]. I went out walking in the morning & went first to Blanche to see if she wd go with me—as she could not do so I took her little boy Vere. I took him home & went off to the Dinners & then lunched with Blanche. Afterwards dressed & went to Lady Thompson’s musical party. I met Maria there. I came home to tea & had the Genl & Lady Thompson to tea. I went to dine with Maria & Henry & Richard came from dining at the French Huguenot hospital early & I walked home with Henry. | |
