Wednesday. 20th [October 1886]. to Saturday. 23rd Busy days putting the house in order; also went to Gallery & finished my copy of the Meeting of St Joachim & Sta Anna & on Sat. evening Katie Colnaghi & I left Mr Malcolm who dined with us to [talk] with Henry & went to Mrs Curtis where we found the few foreigners now in Venice assembled at tea. | |
