21 November 1886 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Sunday. 21st [November 1886]. Fine day. Mrs Ross went to see the Procession at the Salute it being the fête. Cini came to see Henry abt his rheumatism. Directly after luncheon Henry, Mrs Ross & I went to the Lido to walk on the sands. It was a splendid [day] & we found a quantity of shells. Home by 5. Played patience after dinner. | |
