3 December 1886 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Friday. 3rd December [1886]. I went at 10.30 to the Edens to take a lesson of Mr Eden in the art of tying salmon flies & got home at 12.30. After lunch I went to see Mme de Hurtado & sat with her a little while. In the evening Henry went to the theatre. I practised guitar. We had tea together when he returned home & then to bed. | |
