30 January 1887 — Basle | |
Sunday. 30th January [1887]. We left Basle by 8.40 train. There was less snow as we went north & we found it much warmer in Paris. Belard met us & we found dinner ready at the Hotel St Romain & an apartment on 1st. Dacre Du Cane came in the evening. | |
