31 March 1887 — 1 Queen Anne Street | |
Thursday. 31st March [1887]. Practised guitar &c. Drove out with Henry in open carriage to leave cards & called on Mrs Sydney Glyn who was at home. It came on to rain & we had to shut the carriage & came home to tea– We dined with the Misses Duff Gordon—& one Mr Kenwith Howard, Mme Reyntiens, Mr Darling Q.C. & his wife. He is a man who looks abt 18 but is really 38 & still a very young Q.C. There was music after a “tait.” | |
