13 November 1887 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Sunday. 13th November [1887]. Kate & Cecil went to 8.30 service. I & Mama at 10.30. I got through the music all right. After service I took Mama to join Kate, Cecil & Henry at the Academy & then came home. At 3 oclock service Cecil, Kate & I went. Mama came to fetch us afterwards & she & Cecil went up the campanile with Mr Brown. Kate joined Henry at Mrs Bronsons to pay a visit. I took Mrs Brown to her home & then went to my own home. Mrs Burr came to tea. It was a fine day but looked stormy in the evening. | |
