Monday. 28th November [1887]. I worked hard at Kate’s busy all the morng & in the afternoon took a walk with Henry & called on Mr Dupré. In the evening I received. The Trevelyans, Canevaros, Mimauts, Mrs Bronson, Mrs Eden, Vict & Vss de Soveral & daughter, Revd Francis Warre & Miss Warre, Miss Fearon & Mr Jamison came. There was whist & round games of cards. | |
