11 August 1888 — Syltebo, Romsdalsfjord | |
Saturday. 11th August [1888]. Showery day & a lot of fresh fallen snow on Shorten. I went with John & fished down from Friswold & got nothing & came in at 2, had lunch. Mended tackle till dinner time at 5. Went out fishing, fine but cold & only killed one trout of 2 lb & touched 2 more. Came in soon after 10. | |
