Tuesday. 6th November [1888]. We got up at 7 & wrote before breakfast & afterwards painted till 12 & then set to work at copying Henry’s article on Disraeli for him. Henry took the girls & Miss de Bunsen to Murano in the afternoon & I did not go out. Henry took them to see the “Puritani” in the evening. I at home. | |
