7 February 1889 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Thursday. 7th February [1889]. I worked all the morning at Ola’s bust. Mr Sillence came to call in the morng. Henry, Nela & I went out in the gondola after lunch & went to see the Edens coming home to tea. Mrs & Miss Menzies came to tea. The Dss della Grazia came to call. Dined at 7.30. Patience, worked & drew caricatures of each other. | |
