12 April 1889 — 1 Queen Anne Street | |
Friday. 12th April [1889]. Mrs Burr called & sat with me in the morng, then came Pauline & Audrey Trevelyan & then Blanche & 4 of her children. We had a little impromptu concert. Pauline played the piano, Audrey sang & Blanche sang & then Onie & Irene. Connie & Maria came to luncheon. I drove with Maria leaving cards &c preparatory to leaving town tomorrow to go & stay with Monty at Bere. We dined with Lady Lindsay at 41 Hans Place & met Lady Northesk & Lady Shrewsbury. | |
