20 January 1890 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Monday. 20th [January 1890]. Henry still in bed & I had such a bad headache that I could only just manage to wait on him, & dozed away the day in an arm chair. However I got better & was able to read to him in the evening. He sat out of bed for a couple of hours in the evening. Nela is not yet out of her room—so there was only Ola & Eda down to dinner. Still foggy. | |
