Lunch at 1.30– A little after 3 we all went to the station except Henry & Sophie who went for a walk. Mr Malcolm also met us at the station to see Mama, Ruth & Arthur off. They arrive at Milan at 9.30 this eveng—sleep there & go on to London tomorrow. Came back with Ola & Nela to the Stabto to fetch Henry & Sophie. From there the girls walked home. Mr Curtis & Ct Agostini came to tea. The latter to say he is going away to Berlin for a year to study the new discovery of Kochs which is said to cure consumptives & Lepers. It is causing immense excitement & they say that 5000 Drs from all parts of the world have flown to Berlin to study the cure in special hospitals erected for the purpose. Dined at 7.30.
