22 June 1891 — 1 Queen Anne Street | |
Monday. 22nd June [1891]. Did not rise till luncheon. Drove Henry in afternoon to National Gallery & then I went to see Lady Dickson who was better & on the sofa– We dined with Mrs Burr & met Mrs Wodehouse (née Arnold) whom I had not met since her father died. Met also the Grant Duffs & Sir Alfred & Lady Lyall—& Mrs Thurlow. Today Alice & Hallam Murray came to stay with us for a few days. | |
