Tuesday. 23rd June [1891]. Monty Alderson left us & went to join his people at Peterboro. I remained at home as Addie Bedford had sent word she wd come to see me. She came to tea. Connie came also. Ola spent the day here & arranged the flowers for our dinner party to which came Mrs Hylsen Jolliffe, Mrs Thurlow, Mr & Mrs Rate, Lady Lindsay, old Mr Murray & Miss Annie Murray. Lord Selborne . | |
