3 November 1891 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Tuesday. 3rd November [1891]. Painted in morning. Went out with Henry & we walked to the Piazza—& thence to the Grand Hotel to call on Miss Wilson but she was out. Home to tea and found Mrs Eden sitting with Ola—gave her tea. Mme Wiel also came to tea– Helped Ruth to alter her gown– Dined at 7 & Mr Woods dined with us & Henry & he went to the Malibran theatre together to see a ballet. I helped Ola with her work, packed my travelling bag & went early to bed. | |
