6 March 1892 — Ca’ Capello, Venice
Sunday. 6th March [1892]. I fetched Ida Bel in the morng to go to church. In afternoon Henry dropped me at church & went on to walk in Piazzetta– Very cold & snow threatened in the morning—but afternoon was very fine– Still no thaw. Dr Cini came & cut open Henry’s whitlow which would not get well without it. Ct Canevaro & Mr Montalba came to tea– Packed & prepared for the journey tomorrow to Vescovana.
