There were a good many people there & amongst them Pss Batthyany with whom I sat & chatted. D. Carlos was there. Kathleen played tennis a little. We came home about 6. I dropped Mrs Hanson & Kathleen at Mrs Hammond’s to pay her a visit & came home. Mr Malcolm dined with us & we had our Trios & a full audience Mme Pilat, E. Bronson, the Edens, Andrians, Pss Batthyany & her friend, Mrs Brown, Mr Hodgson &c &c. Tirindelli, Trombini & Agostini played & Baron Andrian played a cello solo.
