20 April 1892 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Wednesday. 20th April [1892]. This morning’s report was that Sir Henry was better—& in the course of the morning I went down & sat with him before he got up. After lunch I went out with Henry. Mr Thompson took care of his father. We went to the Eden’s garden—& when I returned I sat with Sir Henry who after all got up & came to dinner with us—tho’ very weak & feeble. | |
