21 November 1892 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Monday. 21st November [1892]. Henry was better & got up to breakfast. Stella not so well. Cini put her on to milk diet. I had a headache & could not do anything—so I got a wicker sofa into Stellas room & lay down there to keep her company. Henry came & sat with us there & Stella read to him. She was much better & had no fever in the eveng. I was able to go down to dinner. | |
