13 January 1893 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Friday. 13th January [1893]. I wrote letters &c in morning. We went to walk in the Piazza after lunch. It was very fine but bitterly cold. We gave it up & came home & I practised the guitar till 5 when we went to the Dyers to tea. Stella had Trombini there & was trying over music with her. I wrote a note to thank Malcolm for his garden key. | |
