30 January 1893 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Monday. 30th [January 1893]. Wrote letters & worked the sewing machine. After lunch we all 3 went out in gondola & I dropped Henry & Ola at the Piazza to walk home. I went to leave cards & pay visits. I found Css Valmarana at home & there met Ida Belmondo & went with her to Mrs Curtis who was also in. Then came home to tea. The Belmondos dined with us. Scirocco & rather foggy. | |
