13 March 1894 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Tuesday. 13th March [1894]. Went to the studio & had the model Regina. I walked home for lunch. Henry went out with Katie. It was a fine morng but a cold fog came up in afternoon for a short time. I did not go out. Mrs Bronson called at 3.30 & remained to tea– Baroness Haan, Mme Wiel, Sr & Sra Castellani, Mme Holas & daughters, B & Bss de Pury & quite late Dss Della Grazia & 2 girls all called. We dined at 7 & had guitar & mandoline practise in eveng. Mme Stefani, Mrs Fisher, Dss della Grazia & Marie & Mrs Hulton came to it. | |
