19 March 1894 — Ca’ Capello, Venice | |
Monday. 19th [March 1894]. Nety & her girl Olga arrived at 4 this morng & went to bed. I went to the studio after breakfast & saw her when I returned to lunch. Found she had brought her boy George also & had sent him to the hotel so we made her send for him here. Henry & I took Nety out in the gondola in the afternoon to the Piazza. It was blowing a good deal & was cold. Mr & Lady Sarah Wilson came to luncheon & afterwards I took them & Nety to see the Albrizzi Palace. Mr Dyer came to my studio this morng. | |
