13 May 1894 — 1 Queen Anne Street | |
Sunday. 13th May [1894]. I was very tired & remained in bed till 11. Henry got up at 12. I sat with him. His couch was put close to the window that he might look out & see the sunshine. Stella & Mrs Dyer came in afternoon & went up to see Henry. Mr Herbert Thompson came later. I sat with Henry & copied music. Maria & Daisy came. I left Maria at Mama’s & went for a walk with Nela down Bond St to Piccadilly & back by Berkeley Sqr to Cav. Sqr. Paid Mama a visit & returned home to dine in with Nela & Nurse. I played patience & Henry watched me in evening. | |
