22 August 1894 — Devonshire House, Weymouth | |
Wednesday. 22nd August [1894]. I left Weymouth by the express. Walked with Monty to the station. Arthur stopped the express for me at Wool. I got to Bere at 11.30. Took Felicie with me. Found besides Nelly, her sister Mary staying there. Mr Mansell Pleydell came over to lunch with them & then to go & hunt for a bog plant. I had a headache & remained on the sofa all afternoon & went to bed soon after dinner. | |
