26 August 1894 — Branksome Dene, Poole, Dorset | |
Sunday. 26th August [1894]. I walked to the Church in the Woods of Branksome Towers with Ola for morning service. Had a talk with Alice abt the publishing of Henry’s Memoirs which she thinks ought to be done. Lunch at 1. Sat with Mama till tea. Then took a walk with Maria down to the seashore & up again by the chine to this garden. Dinner at 8. Evely Eliot played the piano in the eveng. | |
