Nela & I walked to the station to meet the 12.8 train in case her mother came by it which she did not do so we took a walk & were just sitting down to lunch at 1.30 when she appeared. Nela went out with Bertha to fish. Maria & I took a walk towards Chesil beach & back by the sea shore. It was a lovely afternoon. Not a cloud & the sea blue. Home by 5.30 & had tea. Nela came in at 6 & had caught some whiting wh we had for dinner at 8. Worked & went to bed at 10.30.
