Wednesday. 15th [May 1895]. Lady Gregory & Adeline Dss of Bedford came to lunch with me. The latter found me quite unnerved and tells me I ought not to remain in London. I feel it is too much for me. Augusta Gregory drove out with me & she left cards & paid visits. I went to Savile Row & left a message to ask Monty to come & see me which he did abt 6 & he says I may go down to his house at Weymouth when I like either Saty or Monday. | |
